Re: Carlisle 15/6/09 2.45 Carlisle Cool sands not the safest bet of the day but none the less looks a tasy one at the price, has been performing reasonably well on the all weather throughout the winter and this contest looks wide open, is yet to win on turf but has won over this trip 9 times out of 41 runs over on the all weather. His turf mark is 20 marks lower than his all weather so if he can put anything like a performance in like he can do on the all weather should be in the placings! 0.5pt e/w cool sands (16/1 hills BOG) 3.45 Weet a surprise won comfortably by 4 lengths at wolverhampton recently and was 4th last time out on turf on a mark of 58, today runs off a mark of 63 but claimer jockey takes off that extra 5lb and so should be there especially in the all weather run has put him in the spirit for more!
