3.30 Ballynure EW @17.00 William Hill Ballynure won this race last year shouldering 11st today it has 10st! The ground was heavy in last years race however it was remarked that the horse does prefer better ground! Miss Lucinda Russell the horse's trainer has won this race for the past 2 years in a row and the horse has the visor back on today which it seems to act better with, unlike it's last 2 outings where it has plainly hated the cheekpieces judging by it's performance with them on! 3.00 Glencree @4.00 Sporting Odds Howard Johnson won this race last year and has every chance to follow it up with Glencree. Glencree was beaten by a very good Evan Williams horse Bergo last time out and the time before it sluiced home on ground similar to today's over same trip here at Musselburgh, beating a decent animal from Nicky Richards stable. :ok
