This will be looking for top-rated horses in a race that also are judged to have had the best speed rating in the race, and even then, the speed rating must be from their last run. (The source I use lists the best speed rating from a horses last 3 runs.) Somedays there may be more than 1 selection, but it will be recalculated after every 7 bets, with new stakes being bank divided by 10. As ever, not 100% certain how this will pan out but with the flat season having commenced, it's a different angle.
