Does the flat frustrate you sometimes?

I usually tend to have a go at the flat and today I remembered why. Backed Whiskey Junction in the 4.50 at 10/1. He was smashed into 5/1. Comes there with a great challange 2 out, but can't find an opening despite looking full of running. He would have won easily imo. Dunno, but it is just frustrating for me with the flat. Happens too many times for my liking.

Re: Does the flat frustrate you sometimes? It does mate. But with jumps I suppose you can say your horse comes there cruising and takes a crashing fall. Both codes have their flaws and although I personally prefer jumps, I am actually looking forward to making a few quid off the flat this summer (hopefully!) as I do believe it is easier to profit from... Jeez, why did I say that? No doubt that will come back to haunt me :(
