• By taking part in one of the Sky Poker Qualifying Tournaments you have the opportunity of winning a place at the World Series of Poker ("WSOP") 2009 Main Event which is scheduled to be held in Las Vegas NV, USA from July 3 to July 14 2009, along with a final table to be held from 7^th - 10^th November 2009.
• This Promotion is open to all UK, Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 21 years or over. PROOF OF ID WILL BE REQUIRED by the WSOP and also by Sky Poker before flights and accommodation will be confirmed.
• Employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies (collectively "the Companies") may not enter any prize draw or competition.
• The World Series of Poker 2009 is owned and managed by Harrah's and the "World Series of Poker" and "WSOP" are registered trade marks of Harrah's. • To have the chance of winning a Viva Las Vegas package you can qualify either via satellites or by direct buy-in to the on-line qualifying final, the Viva Las Vegas Tournament.
• One Viva Las Vegas Prize Package shall be awarded for every 10 players who participate in the Viva Las Vegas Monthly Final Tournament
• The "Viva Las Vegas Prize Package" consists of two economy return flights between a London Gatwick Airport and Las Vegas, up to 14 nights accommodation at The Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino, based on 2 adults sharing twin/double room on a room only basis plus ,000 to be used as a buy-in for the WSOP 2009 Main Event. Travel insurance is not included.
• In the event that a "WSOP Prize Package" winner is required to return to the WSOP 2009 Main Event final table, as a participating player, then Sky Poker will agree to provide travel and accommodation costs, as deemed reasonable by Sky Poker Management. Participation on the final table of the WSOP 2009 main event will also be subject to all terms and conditions listed here.
• You may enter the Tournaments as many times as you wish however you may only win a maximum of one (1) WSOP Prize Package.
• No cash alternative is available for any part of the Viva Las Vegas Prize Package. Winners must not sell or transfer their Viva Las Vegas Prize Package to any third party and winners are responsible for the payment of any applicable tax, if any, due on winning the Prize, and/or any prize money won by participating in the Event.
• All Package winners will be provided with Sky Poker branded clothing, the wearing of which is compulsory during participation in events, notwithstanding the requirements of the event organiser.
• The promotion by Package winners of any other gaming product or service is prohibited and Sky Poker reserves the right to require players to change clothing that bears any branding for other gaming product or services.
• Valid photo identification, proof of age and passport details will be required within 7 days of qualification in order to claim the Prize. Any winner whose documentation does not adhere or conform to these requirements, or contravenes any of the terms & conditions listed here, will not be able to take up their Prizes. Please note we will also require the same details for the "guest" that you will be taking with you as part of the package. (These details are required as part of our validation and booking procedures)
• The eligibility of the Winner and / or their guest to enter the USA is entirely their own responsibility, and if for any reason they are ineligible to enter the USA Sky Poker will not accept any liability.
• Officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents of Sky Poker or any of its subsidiaries, parent or associated companies (its "Group"), or suppliers or vendors (including their advertising, printing and publicity agencies) are not permitted to ("Unauthorised Persons") enter the Promotion. Relatives of Unauthorised Persons are also not permitted to enter the Promotion. For the purposes of these terms and conditions the term "Relative" shall include, but not be limited to, a spouse, partner, child or sibling of an Unauthorised Person. For the avoidance of doubt Unauthorised Persons and Relatives cannot be Qualifying Players"
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules of this Promotion and/or the rules of Sky Poker. Please note: The game play of all Package Winners will be audited, and any attempt at / or evidence of game play irregularities or collusion will result in the prize being withdrawn and being awarded to the next eligible player.
• We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly, and by your continued use of the Website you accept any such modified terms.
• Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in the manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

You also agree to being filmed participating in the WSOP for a programme to be broadcast on Sky Poker and other channels and you grant to Sky Poker the right and licence to use your image, voice and likeness in such programme, in any television promotions of such programme and in press and publicity in relation to such Programme.
• Sky Poker accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these tournaments, such as a fold / timeout, or disconnects as per the general rules of the Sky Poker service. If the tournament is disrupted by system or network issues, Sky Poker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
• Sky Poker reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer/promotion at any time.
• Sky Poker reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.
