All of the previous hands had been won without a showdown and generally people had folded to bets around the 3xBB mark. I debated over the size of the pre flop raise between 4x and 5xBB - I'm not sure it would have made a difference to how the hand played out. I think the real question is could I have found out where I was without shoving post flop? I know I shoved because of the straight and flush possibilities. Also taking down the pot here would have left me chip leader at the table thus giving me a chance to play with a little bit more freedom and strength. Anyway here's the hand.
