Chris34's Flat Season Thread

Recommended Posts

Well following trend with eveyone keeping tabs on their performances over the summer thought I better do the same, already keep a blog record but in contact with forum admin to put link on forum at mo. I tend to look at each race and then decide on 1-4 races per track to have a small stake on, no particular preferences but like having a look at last time out winners aswell as e/w bets on performance maybe previous season etc.! Will be keeping tabs on total strike rate, strike rate at courses and profit/loss on points basis with a 1-10point staking plan. :gimme Performance Stats: Total Bets: Total Wins: Total Staked: Total Return: Strike Rate: Course Record (Bets/Wins) Bath (3/1) Brighton (5/2) Dundalk (2/) Catterick (1/1) Curragh (4/) Kempton (13/2) Leceister (2/1) Limerick (2/1) Lingfield (7/2) Musselburgh (6/3) Newcastle (1/1) Nottingham (2/) Windsor (4/) Wolverhampton (14/3)

Re: Chris34's Flat Season Thread Todays selections were previously posted in their certain track race day threads on forum! Lingfield 3.00 Interesting looking seller with don pele in fine form and speak the truth come back here after a recent win here over this trip, don pele is carrying 12lb more than speak the truth and to me that looks a little harsh so therefore speak the truth should have the edge in this contest! 1pt win speak the truth 3.30 Like the look of sunset boulevard here, there are many with chances in this race but this horse comes back from a winning trip over this course and distance and has a great jockey on board in catlin. Loves this trip and track with a 50% strike rate c/d and 33.33% around this course. 1pt win sunset boulevard (if goes off bigger price than 5/1 this is a 0.5pt e/w bet) 4.00 Melt is in fine form recently with a second to smokey rye and fun in the sun over this distance and won over 8f, recieves no rise in handicap and moore riding looks to be a strong contender. 2pt win melt 4.30 Another last time out winner here is mr willis carrying a 6lb penalty for win over course and distance and seems to be the improving sort and is hatrick seeking today! 2pt win mr willis 5.00 Green velvet is yet another hatrick seeking today and carrying a 6lb penalty but jockey claims 5lb, but hasnt been bless with the draw but if putting best foot forward to get behind the pace should do well, loves this trip and and course. 1pt win green velvet Catterick 5.20 Supernoverre won a claimer in february and was 3rd at wolverhampton next time out then a 1st at kempton in handicap over this trip, was involved on turf last year with reasonable efforts but over shorter trips step up in trip looks to suit and handicapper is being very kind with just a 2lb rise for a 3/4 length win over royal society. 1pt win Supernoverre Kempton 6.50 Ravi river is dropped back into claming race today after a poor performance in a handicap and would look to rectify that poor performance here tonight. Performed well here last time beating off obe royal and jake the snake in a similar looking affair. 1pt win ravi river 7.50 Cross the line came back after break to come up runner up very close over course and distance and 9lbs better off than last win and ryan moore a great booking! 1pt win cross the line 8.20 Princess cagilari finally got off her run of 2nd's with a win over this trip at southwell with a decent run behind that at this track and distance, mid draw no bad thing and only a 6lb rise in handicap which doesnt look harsh and moore riding again. 1pt win princess cagilari 8.50 Mexican pete looks to not really have alot to contend with here tonight with no rise in handicap for a decent run behind bold adventure last time out and drop of a furlong in trip looks a positive boost with little lack of staying power last time. Jockey claiming 7lb which should be of massive benefit. 2pt win mexican pete Todays total bets- 13pts
