Pokerstars FFP

Heya volks, I have got a question and I am sure you will be able to answer me. As you might noticed, I went more deep into poker (than I expected) and I am regulary playing on Pokerstars. Usually S&G's single and multitables. My first question is, is there any kind of low buy-in events with value which you usually prefer? When I play S&G's I sometimes try those multitables with 180 people in, the only one where I came to final table and got 3rd was with 0,1 buy-in (which is too low at the end - 1st only getting payout of 8$). Do you think it makes sense to stick to those, or should I better look around for tournaments? My second and last question is what I could use my FFP for (not enough to get some nice shop gifts - BronzeStar ~500FFP). I saw there where tables where you can win FFP buying yourself in with FFP. Useful or waste of time? Sorry for all those questions:$, and thanks in advance!

Re: Pokerstars FFP The 180 man STT's are fairly good for starters IMO, as they offer you within the sapce of three hours against limited opposition all elements of tournament play. With the low buy-in tournaments on stars you can end up with several thousand entrants, which whilst good for possible bigger winnings, even the best will struggle to go past 3000 people. The FPP's are useful for entries into all manner of STT/MTT satellites, but you probably won't get too many of them until you up the stakes you play at. Personally, I'd stay at low buy in stuff, improve your game, and your bank roll will hopefully follow.:ok
