Since the rules are in a huge favour of the teams with their strength in cross country I would say Norway and USA are big favourits. I am pretty new to online sportbetting, I am playing most poker online. I find the sportsbook on betfair kind a confusing, why can you change the odds yourself?? Can you explain how it all works for me? Basically with Betfair you can play at being a Punter or Bookmaker. The odds in blue are the Punters odds & the odds in red are the Bookmakers odds or the Lay odds. You have the opportunity to change these odds but you have to find someone else willing to accept your odds. For example if you want to back Real Madrid to beat Liverpool you are unlikely to get odds of 6.0, you could ask but you wouldn't get anybody likeky to accept or take your bet! Likewise if you wanted to Lay Liverpool to lose and you only offered say £10 @ 1.50, you probably wouldn't get any backers. The amounts below the odds are how much money there is available at the those odds showing. This is a very basic answer to your question and I am sure there are other people on PL who could give you a far better answer to your question. If you need to know more the Betfair website is very good at answering your question and there are plenty of books that will take you through the whole Betfair philosophy!
