POKER TRILLION withdrawal problems

Anybody tried withdrawing money from POKER TRILLION its a joke. Tried to withdraw $120 on December 22nd 2008 and still waiting. I contacted customer services and they said they had a problem with their withdrawal end. Funny how they never have a problem with the depositing end isnt it!!
