Both are named in a strong 22-man squad for the return fixture with the French team. Armitage starts at full-back and Kennedy is named among the replacements in a squad that features twelve personnel and four positional changes from the one that travelled to south-west France last Friday. Among the forwards Dan Murphy, James Buckland, James Hudson and Richard Thorpe come into the starting line-up while Alex Corbisiero and Declan Danaher switch from loose to tighthead prop and from blind to openside flanker respectively. In the backs, Peter Hewat switches to fly-half to accommodate Armitage's return at full-back. Argentine international, Alfredo Lalanne, makes his first start for the club at scrum-half while Charlie Gower and Dominic Shabbo come in at inside centre and on the left wing. Head Coach Toby Booth has selected a very strong set of replacements that include five internationals - Clarke Dermody, Danie Coetzee, Nick Kennedy, Warren Fury and Shane Geraghty. Both Coetzee and Fury are making a welcome return to action after injury. Dax have Argentinian international wing Lucas Borges and Samoan international Gavin Williams in the backs, while the first-choice props, Renaud Boyoud and French international Julien Brugnaut also take to the field. It's an XV far stronger than last week's, Irish will have to be careful.
