Re: Wetherby - Sat 6th Dec 2008 1:50 - Sublimity ---- Win The margin by which Punjabi beat Sublimity on the Latter's Last Outing was a false one, as Paul Carberry gave Sublimity a shocking ride that day, conceding a lot of ground (perhaps not the full 3l but certainly close), He has every entitlement to reverse the form though here, with ground conditions just about ideal for him, and perhaps a little too soft for the likely odds on favourite. Providing Carberry rides him in a much more professional manner here, then the 2007 Champion can get back to winning ways. 3:20 - Morgan Be ----- Win Very much needed his last run, when finishing a very decent 2nd over c&d after a year's absence. Will strip much fitter this time around, and with the fact that he prefers the ground to be on the heavy side (and he will get that, especially after a full day's racing on the track), this will further suit him. Has won off a weight of 11-9 before, when winning at Ayr in similar conditions over the same distance. I expect a bold performance.
