I couldn't get onto the software on my comp (figured it was prob my comp that was the problem).... so I decided to go to Mrs GeordieGaz's to ply tonights PL game. Well I installed the software and it worked - great!! So then I had to validate my account, but it wouldn't accept my login details! :wall So on to live support - for 40 minutes! they couldn't find my details on their system and when they eventually did, they reset my password...... guess what - that didn't work either! :wall Still couldn't log in to validate my account and the advisor said for it to work I would need to reboot my computer...... why??? it is only a password reset :\. Anyway, rebooted comp..... still doesn't work!! I've came back hme now as have missed the PL game and am gutted. I think its a great thing that Virgin have dropped WebDollar.... however it has caused so much bother for me that I'm really considering not playing there again!
