Poisson Goals - Forecast All Sports

I want to try this system, was for soccer only but i did for all sports. I use poisson goals to calculate % (1-x-2) (u-o), but i see the poisson goes for under picks too often... Did anyone tried this before ? (poisson distribution) After i have read FOOTBALL-CASHBUILDER, i was watching home-favs, away-favs to calculate %, so i can pick the treble.
