Karmadice 12.50 Sedgefield (EACH WAY) Runs over 2m1f in a novice hurdle as expected and won bumper over 2m. Won on good and ground is expected to be good to soft, may want further eventually but should be capable of getting the extra furlong. Son of Flicka is the expected favourite and its form reads 2-2-2, I like to avoid horses with the bridesmaid tag and if Karmadice is around 5-1/6-1 its well worth backing each way. I like to follow horses that have travelled well throughout a race and finished well and this fits the bill, needs to improve but progressive enough to do so.

Re: Best Bet Of The Day - Tuesday 11/11/08 3.50 Sedgefield - Southernness (e/w) Quite well regarded in the Lungo yard, and was punted down from 3/1 to 9/4f (touched 7/4) for its debut just over a year ago, when finishing 3rd. The softer ground will suit on this occasion, and will be a strong e/w bet for me tomorrow with just the favourite looking a danger.
