Virgin Poker Withdrawals

Hello all. Never really posted on the site in the past but have browsed it on and off with interest over the years. I've been meaning to begin to contributing for some time now and unfortunately the thing to have sparked me to do so isn't particularly positive. I have money (a few grand but nothing crazy) in Virgin Poker at the moment and when trying to make a sizeable withdrawal a few days ago i got a message saying that i needed to send proof of ID to 'Webdollar' who are the outfit who run the banking side of Virgin Poker from what i see on the site etc. Now, i have done this but still cannot withdraw and am basically wondering whether anyone else has had similar issues or indeed withdrew any form of decent sum from Virgin Poker whatsoever. The computer generated answers on live support and the same by email are really doing little/nothing for my confidence. As a little side of information Webdollar is what your deposits/withdrawals on Virgin etc go through and seem legitimate enough (i think?). I have made withdrawals quickly and perfectly fine in the past but i have allegedly reached my limit of 2300 Euros. Can anyone give advice on this at all? Many thanks, J :)

Re: Virgin Poker Withdrawals Hi mate, Do you have your 'security code'? Once you go over a certain amount of withdrawals (for me, it was approx €600 iirc) you have to input your security code for each withdrawal after that. If you don't have it, you can request it on the Webdollar page, and it is snailmailed to you within about 5 or 6 days. I've never had any problems with Webdollar customer service, they've also responded swiftly and helpfully to me.
