Samba's AH take on the Paul Ross Ratings

Recommended Posts

Not sure where I am going with this yet, and definitely just a paper trial until I can ascertain whether there's a profitable angle to take. Basically I have just used Paul's Prediction Ratings, compared with the AH odds offered by Ladbrokes, to determine where there seems to be an difference of opinion between the two, using the basis of 20 points per goal difference. My confidence rating reflects the difference between the Ratings and the AH offered. My value rating reflects the difference between the confidence rating and the odds on offer - using the basis that for every decimal point under 2.00 I would want 1pt confidence rating (eg. a confidence rating of 20 would equate to a 1.80 odds - 20 decimal points under 2.00) - so a confidence rating of 15 and odds of 1.75 is negative value, but a confidence rating of 25 and odds of 1.85 is positive value. I hope you all follow :) I am keeping track of all selections with a confidence rating of over 10 for now, this can be narrowed as I see what is/isn't profitable. :hope I am not starting with a starting bank, merely because all I want to do is ascertain if this can be profitable, so simply profit/loss will suffice. I will keep track with both level stakes and confidence stakes. PaulRossAHSys1.jpg
