morlspin
What's New 1. What's happening? MANSIONPOKER.com has now moved to the iPoker network. This means there are necessary changes to your account. But don’t worry! Everything you need to know is explained below. 2. Installation of new software The new software should upgrade automatically when you click on the desktop icon. If it does not, you can follow the simple steps below: 1. Download the software by clicking here 2. Choose to ‘Run’ the file then select ‘OK’ to start the download process. 3. Select ‘Install’ to complete the process. Then read and agree to the terms and conditions. 3. Removal of old software The old software should uninstall automatically. If it does not, you can follow the simple steps below: 1. Go to Start menu, select Control Panel and go to Add/ Remove Programs. Select MANSION Poker (remove only), and select Change/Remove. 2. Choose Uninstall in the next dialogue box and wait the process to complete. 4. Your username, password and screen name Username and password Your username and password will remain the same. Screen name Once logged in, you will be prompted to choose a screen name of your choice. 5. Your cash balance Your balance is now consolidated in a single wallet which means there is now no longer any need to transfer your funds between wallets. Your funds have been transferred to the new poker client. Any funds that were in your poker or mansion wallet have been placed in your poker balance. If you had any funds in the casino wallet, these can be found in your casino account. 6. Bonuses and tournaments Tournament Tickets Any outstanding tournament tickets that you had are now available for you to use on our improved poker network. If an exact match is not available, the closest alternative has been granted with a ‘rounding up’ of value – making sure you still get the best possible service. Please contact our member services department if you are dissatisfied with the alternative. Pre-registered tournaments You have been removed from any future tournaments that you were registered for and your buy-in has already been refunded. If you bought in with a ticket you will receive a ticket refund, which can be used on our new improved poker client. 7. Mansion Player Points Your player points have been converted and migrated to our new Mansion Club Points. The conversion rate is 5:1, so your points will look like 1/5 of the points you previously had. Note: this does not decrease the value! The items we have are 1/5 of the previous price. Although we are now using a new and improved points system, you can still exchange your points for a wide range of exciting products. For more information on how to earn your points and the benefits you will receive, go to our Club Mansion section. 8. New loyalty programme The upgraded MANSIONPOKER.com rewards your loyalty with membership to our unique Club Mansion. You earn Mansion Club Points for every raked hand you play, moving up the levels the more you play. Every level earns you a variety of benefits which include freerolls and the impressive Club Mansion shop. We also offer a loyalty scheme which rewards you even further for maintaining your club status. This is one of the most sought after online poker clubs around. Click here for more details. You can find further details here. If you need any further assistance or have any further questions, please contact our Member Services department. slapdash
Re: Mansion Poker switches to ipoker network Has anybody else had problems installing the new client? I keep getting a "Data file is corrupted" message. And I only really want to install it so I can get to the cashier to withdraw my balance now they've closed their sportsbook. :\
