Correct score system

Might be unusual for someone relatively new to this forum to start a thread of this type but I'm after a bit of feedback and hopefully good advice. I've been using a system to come up with correct scores on all EPL matches since January 28th. Of 40 matches I've had only 4 correct scores but would have doubled my stake money had I been betting. These were Bolton v Everton (1-2) 9/1, Man C. v Fulham (4-1) 33/1, Spurs v Sunderland (4-1) 25/1 and Birmingham v Liverpool (2-1) 14/1. I intend to post future selections in order that I have some form of proof - some of the selections may look a little strange, enough even to deter me from putting money on if that were the case, but it's a set system and it's worked so far (£10 singles on each result would have cost £400 and returned £850). The prices are the best available according to oddschecker. I'm interested to know what other punters think of correct score betting as I vaguely remember something on here recommending it as one of the better markets in football to get involved in. Also, although it's obvious that 40 matches isn't enough to validate a system, and 40,000 matches would never be absolute proof, what is the level needed to make it worth risking actual cash. I've heard 300 mentioned but that seems a bit low in my eyes. Any feedback/advice would be most welcome.

Re: Correct score system Correct score betting is one of the worst markets to get involved in due to the huge overround and you will be compounding your folly by chasing losses. If you could make a profit over 40,000 bets you would have proved beyond doubt you have the measure of the odds compilers. You will certainly need much more than 300 to prove your selections due to the high odds involved. By all means proof them here and we will watch with interest but I am afraid this will be a fast route to the poorhouse. Good advice would be don't bet on correct scores and don't chase your losses under any circumstances.
