Horse racing STRATEGY any thoughts

I know that this may seem a bit ludricous but here goes. On betfair in horse racing outside the top 3 4 horses you can get better odds than the bookies if you get on early. I was wondering if anyone has tried this sysyem. If you back every horse in every race over a day say at two meetings could you turn a profit. I know it all depends on fav second facvs amount winning but i was wondering would it turn a profit in the long run. Just for today i did two meetings sp plus 15% extra for betfair prices and it would have turned a loss. But in the long run is was wondering could it turn a profit. I know this all sounds like nonense but i would apprciate any comments

Re: Horse racing STRATEGY any thoughts in short no The odds are better in Betfair, but they are still below the true odds (as a generality) - hence no value - hence you lose in the long run.
