another YIELD question

sorry to be a bore! right, i am betting on tennis on a basically tournament-by-tournament basis and producing stats for each as individual events. but when i come to an overall figure should i: 1) treat ALL of my betting as one consistent event and calculate my yield thus OR 2) add together the individual yields for each tourny and divide by the number of tournys???? example - 2 tournaments bet on so far A - gives yield of 10.4% to 380 units staked B - gives yield of 30.1% to 110 units staked using method 1 [above] i get a TOTAL yield of 14.9% BUT using method 2 i get 20.25% yield......which one is correct.....these are figures that i am providing to tempt subscribers to my service [currently using method1] so i want to make sure i get it right!!!!
