Asian handicap 5% discipline system

My lack of discipline has cost me a small fortune the last days :cry I need to work even more on my discipline, these are the strict rules: * Bet size is always 5% of current bank * All bets are Asian Handicap * A maximum of ONE bet per day * Only football bets * No in-play/live bets Update: new rules * Only standard league games * Each team must have played at least 6 previous matches 5 % is a reasonable balance between risk/safety. Asian Handicap because it's an area where i usually do well, and it will prevent me from stupid/crazy HT/FT bets, correct score bets and so on. One bet per day will make me study even more and then pick what i believe is the best bet that day. Start bank £100
