Need help with correct terms

Hey guys, Since english is not my first language I need some help with the terms I want to use. How do you call the following in english betting terminology: 2 matches - double 3 matches - treble 4 matches - ? 5 matches - ? 6 matches - ? Also, how do you call 5 match selection, where you combine them in 4s, so there are 5 total combos? Thanks in advance. Bulio
