Glory hunt - retired

An idea for a Glory Hunt that came to me the other day which I intend to start very soon. Not a new idea by any means, it's a martingale approach in one sense, but applied to a glory hunt idea at the same time. If anyone has used this idea before I'd be interested to hear their thoughts and suggestions. Basically I plan to start with a bank consisting of three smaller banks, A, B, and C (for arguments sake A is £10, B £20 and C £40 - total bank £70). The on going challenge is to bank regular £10 profits. I start with minibank A, and aim to double it to £20 in the normal glory hunt fashion, putting the whole £10 and any profits at risk until the target is reached. Once reached, £10 is banked and I go back to chasing a £10 target with minibank A. Should minibank A fail, bank B is used to recoup A (£10) and the profit (£10). Minibank C would be used to recoup A,B and the profit if B were to fail. After 8 succesful double-up's using the three banks, a fourth bank, D could be used. Or after 7 successful double-up's (£140 total bank) the initial target could then possibly become twice the previous (£20). Not sure how this will pan out or where I'll take it, where I'll stop etc but I will be starting shortly and probably blow £70 very quickly. Any thoughts? DC
