Terms & Conditions

1. In the case where a player wins more than one tournament and qualification into the WSOP Grand final, the player finishing 2nd will also win a seat.
2. Boylepoker reserves the right to refuse payment to any player who is found to be abusing this offer.
3. All decisions made by Boylepoker are final.
4. In the event that the winner is under the legal age of gambling in Las Vegas they will be entered into another similar sized tournament of the player’s choice with Boylepokers agreement and where the player meets the age requirement.
5. The winning players will represent Boylepoker at the WSOP main event wearing branded merchandise. Should they be unable to Boylepoker retain the additional $3000 expenses money.
6. World Series of Poker and WSOP are trademarks of Harrah's License Company, LLC ("Harrah's"). Harrah's does not sponsor or endorse, and is not associated or affiliated with Boylepoker or its products, services promotions or tournaments.
7. By winning a ticket, players agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports posted on Boylepoker.com will contain the name and alias of all winners.
8. In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the affected tournament will be rerun at the discretion of Boylepoker.
9. Boylepoker accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these tournaments, such as a fold / timeout, or disconnects.
10. It is the player's responsibility to ensure, prior to participating in the Promotion, that the playing of poker over the internet is lawful in his/her jurisdiction.
11. It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. It is the players responsibility to book flights and hotels.
12. The player acknowledges and understands that the WSOP Event may receive wide media coverage including television coverage. The player agrees to be filmed and interviewed during his/her participation. The player agrees that it may be a pre-condition of entry to the WSOP Event, for him/her to sign a media network's release form.
