We can play a 5000 player multitable tourney with bounties for example and everything gets worked out and paid instantly Bill, It's admin I'm afraid, but I have said it needs to be vastly improved. In this case, it's not as simple as a $5k tourney with money from pokerroom and paid to your account. The procedure is esport send info to pokerroom, they then send to Bwin in Austria, which goes to Sweden and another dept and so on.... Unfair if some players receive a prize after not playing ANY games but then also unfair on other that could'nt play as many games due to work/family etc committments. There is nothing missing in my previous post, when I ask my superiors for an estimated time frame for payout by PokerRoom this is what they tell me. I know its frustrating but something that I would like people to try to understand is that we are not your typical poker operator, its best not to make the comparison with normal poker tournament payouts, having said that the payouts for team league have been unnacceptably slow and must be improved in the future. I have been constantly chasing people up about all the problems from the UK perspective and I do believe that there is improvement. The 1st round of the PlayOffs starts on July 10th. I still believe they're just hugely inefficient, rather than fraudulent. The same happened after the first german league, and that money was paid out (eventually). Ultimately (and this applies to all the problems, not just the payment issue) - I think they're a gaming company, not a Poker company and I dont think they understand how things work in the poker world and what is expected by poker players. They either need to learn fast or they will fail!! If they have any sense at all, they'll try and draw heavily on Reeshah's poker experience to make it better in the future....
