Hi! everyone out there. Has anyone experienced problems getting the promised free bets after joining an online bookie? I recently joined betfred online.I thought I would take advantage of there free bet for new customers.First bet matched with a free bet up to £50,supposedly to be credited to my account within 24hrs.As you can gather I have not received my free £50 bet. I have sent 3 e-mails to 3 different depts of betfred(freebetqueries,accounts & customer support)but have not had any replies.My next step will have to be a phone call but this is really winding me up :@:@:@:@:@:@
