Re: APAT National Edinburgh 3rd/4th May aye crap luck :( After getting my chips up after several well timed all in's I chop with AA against the infamous ImMrChips AK (and he had the gaul to call me lucky :lol) and then another 'local hero' outdrew me when I was massive fave again JJ against TT. If those 2 hands would have held I would have been chip leader with 12 left and in a position to take it down. I suppose it can be a little upsetting but I'm happy with how I played on Day 1 and know that I got my chips in with the best hands at the end of day 2. The best man won, Jason Jones, I had him to my left on my first table and spent a few hours chatting over an Irn Bru and he was the best player at the final table (even though Eck kept telling everyone that he was). By the way the website is wrong I finished 14th and 14th and 15th got alternate money of £75 each and even though I could do with it I put it in the jar for the staff and dealers. A great casino with friendly staff, good consistent dealers that make a big difference in tourneys like this (as we found out at aspers) and a well organised TD. Third time i've been to this casino and I am finding it to be one of the best in the country (for a poker tourney) and I will be back :ok
