GaF
I've put a formal announcement here - The Poker Blacklist - Places not to play! - as to our new position on pokerroom and that they are no longer blacklisted. I thought is was important to explain a bit behind it and why we've chosen to do that. We have been approached by a third party who want to run a promotion with PuntersLounge. At first glance it looked interesting so we have explored it further. The main drawback soon became apparent though - they operated their promo at PokerRoom, a company we no longer dealt with. It looked an interesting proposition though, so we listened to them. We told them about the problems with PokerRoom and they, having close contacts there, have worked with them on our behalf to see if there could be a resolution found. We have spoken with WASP at home tonight (Sorry for disturbing you :$) to find out what kind of moves could be made by Pokerroom to "make it right". We put this to our contacts who spoke to PokerRoom who have agreed to meet this request. We would not have considered proceeding with this promotion had the wronged party (WASP) not received an offer that was deemed acceptable to him. Whilst we haven't spoken with him since, this is in line with what he was suggesting would be acceptable. We have represented our member in this all the way until we believe it has been resolved to satisfaction. In the end we believe we have found a solution that benefits WASP, PuntersLounge, eSport (the promoter), yes PokerRoom too, but most of all you, PL'rs. This looks a great promo that, at the base level, offers PL'rs a serious opportunity to win tens of thousands of dollars, and through complete freerolls, in what looks an extremely fun, and competitive team environment. Details will be published shortly.
