Tournament (league format question)

Hi guys let's say you're down to last 20 in a tournament and have roughly 15-20 blinds and you make a raise 3 xbb with any of the following hands JJ QQ AK. An opponent with the same stack size as you comes over the top all in what % of the time are you folding any of the above hands? (you have no read on your opponent not that it really matters that much in this situation) You are playing in a league format tournament and so your best results over a given period are what matters.
