The Virgin Poker League The Virgin Poker League launches in 2008 with over €150,000 worth of prizes up for grabs! Every Multi Table Tournament you play in* can win you points and then every week, month and year you can win cash prizes based on your performance. What's more you get to see how all of your mates are doing and earn the all important bragging rights over them. So how does it work?

• Depending on where you finish, how many players there were and the size of the buy-in you'll be awarded league points for all valid MTT events you play.
• Keep checking here to see how you're doing in the leagues - the tables are all updated daily.
• At the end of every week, month + year we dish out the dosh and the winners enter our hall of fame!

How to score points To fairly judge performance there are three factors taken in to consideration when working out how many points you score for each tournament finish – where you finish, how many other players there were and the size of the buy-in. League Point Calculations Virgin League Points = Position Points X Participant Multiplier X Buy-in Multiplier. Don’t worry, it's not that complicated really. Example So if you came 4th in lasts night’s €10 MTT which had 225 players then you would have got 60 points because: - Position points for 4th = 10 - Participant Multiplier for 225 players = 3 - Buy-In Multiplier for a €10 tourney = 2 Therefore, Virgin League Points = 10 x 3 x 2 = 60 Tournaments to Win Points In Playing in any multi table tournament listed under the ‘Multi Tourney’ lobby can earn you points except for the below tourneys:

• Freerolls
• Heads Up Tournaments.
• Any tourney with less than 31 players.
• Private tourneys.
• Satellite tourneys.

The Rules

1. The Virgin Poker League is compiled on tournament results from the whole of the Boss Media poker network. Virgin Poker only pays out prizes to players who have earned their league position playing using their Virgin poker account. Players in prize positions playing on other network sites cannot claim prizes.
2. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Poker Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
3. We reserve the right to cancel this tournament at any time.
4. Entrants who fail to comply with any of the stipulated Terms and Conditions of this promotion will forfeit their prizes.
5. The poker room reserves the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving any further promotions, and or lock the players account as well as the right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to other Boss Media poker room operators. This will ensure that they will be barred from promotions at all poker rooms utilizing the services of Boss Media.
6. We reserve the right to change the terms of the league without notice.
7. The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time.
8. All prizes are non-transferable and no cash will be offered as an alternative.
9. Management reserves the right to disqualify any player from any of the Leader Boards at any time.
10. Any indication of collusion, chip dumping, or soft playing will be treated as cheating and all players involved will be disqualified and banned from the poker room.
11. Any suspected collusion between players to manipulate leaderboard standings will result in all implicated accounts being closed and prizes being withheld.
12. Management decisions are final.
