Lingfield 24/11

Recommended Posts

2:10 Strawberry Lolly Only 9th of 11 LTO but that was at Kempton, form there now reads 1-6-9 with the only win when defeating Katchit in 2006. It's done well at Wolverhampton with 2 wins from 3 races there. Overall all weather form has 3 wins from 6 tries (6-1-1-6-1-9). It is trained by M Botti, and that stable is near mint form. 3-1-1-3 for the last 4 runners. Oscar Urbina gets the mount who enters with a form of 3-1-7-3-7-2-7 for the last 7 with the win being for Botti. Trainer and Jockey combo for the last 5 seasons counts to 8 wins from 44 (18%) for +20.75 LSP. 10.50/3.40 @ Betfair 2:10 Princess Taylor In very good form for 2007 with 3-2-2-1 performances on turf. All weather form is at 3-4-4 when ran there in Sep-Nov 2006. It is trained by M Botti, and that stable is near mint form. 3-1-1-3 for the last 4 runners. In-Form John Egan is on board - 2-1-7-2-2 at Wolverhampton yesterday and went 3-1-2 when last work at this track. Trainer and Jockey form looks like a good bet with this one. 9.60/3.10 @ Betfair 3:50 Orpenindeed Could be one to put a surprising effort. Only on his second start for new stable, previously in Italy. 32.00/8.00 @ Betfair

Re: Lingfield Rhapsilian 12.05 @4.00 Betfred I tipped this one up last time when it was ridden very strangely! When it won the time before last over course and distance it came with a late swooping run and won going away in a decent time. It looked like a horse to follow however the same Jockey (K May) decided last time out over a furlong further to expend all it's energy towards the front and could not utilise this horse's finishing kick that it had showed to devastating effect the time before! Today the stable aren't messing about and have got rid of May and have Jimmy Fortune aboard. Some may say that there is no chance at the weights against Ever Cheerful as it beat it last time and has a weight advantage as well into the bargain! However believe me this horse is capable of a lot better than it showed last time and I envisage it will take this and move onto bigger and better races! :ok
