Spartak is a different category that's right, but Spartak played first game against Kosice without their 4 best players ( Tina Thompson, Diana Taurasi, Sue Bird and Loren Jackson ) They hardly could win 62-60 without them against mediocre Kosice at home. Anyway, Jackson is back in team now, she's a great center, part of the Aussi team that won the World Championship title last year, with her Spartak will be much stronger and....if I can beleive what coach Hejkova said, also last year's hero Tina Thompson will be there on the floor ( she had an average of 21 points last year, played an essential role in Spartak's winning the Euroleague ). Another two stars Bird and Taurasi still are missing, as far as I know. I really hope Thompson will play because I took a combo Spartak+Bourges ML this morning and with only Jackson in team it could be hard for the Russians. Gdynia played pretty well in first game against solid Brno, one of the best sides in Euroleague, and collapsed only in the fourth quarter. Anyway, Spartak is better, so let's hope they'll prove it tonight.
