It only remains for all of us at APAT to wish every player the best of luck in the event. Customer Services [email protected]

Re: Walsall APAT out in level 5, not too disappointed as had an excellent read and got chips in with best hand. Blinds 300/150, I raised to 1200 from UTG +3 with 99, all fold to Button makes it 2500. Button got 20K+, I'm on 7.5K. Seen button make this play with A high a couple of times in last 3 hours, so I push hoping to take pot, he calls with AKo, still in front on flop and turn, river brings Ace :( My play of the day, at 200/100 was reraing a limper with 72o and taking blinds and showing, announcing to the table " Only the best god damn hand in poker !!!" Bit disappointed I didnt get the full recognition that play deserved ;) Nice to see Morls, MCFC, Teazz and DaMAtrix in attendance, hopefully there still doing ok.

Re: Walsall APAT Just about to set back off to Walsall. I've made day 2 and the money (£400 so far) but I am short stacked and will probably be travelling back just to push my chips in the middle and pick my money up. It was a late finish last night (1:15) leaving just 20 players out of the original 201. :zzz

Re: Walsall APAT Good Luck Teazz:ok I went out Level 8, happy that I played the best with what I was given and my chips went in with the best hand. Just a bit miffed I had Damatrix two down from me and I never managed to steal his blinds once :(. We didn't have any LAG's at our table which didn't help but it was enjoyable, I may try for the next one. Morls went out before the dinner break (I think he wanted to get first in the queue :lol)

Re: Walsall APAT Hey all it was good fun yesterday. Enjoyed raising Brian's limp with 74 or something ;) Bit gutted that I didn't make the money when I had almost 40k and donked 20k in a couple of hands I didn't need to play. grrrrrrr Congrats on making Day 2 Kev (Teazz)! :clap:clap

Re: Walsall APAT Thanks guys, nice to meet you all. I think I was mad to drive back. I thought it would end earlier on Saturday if I got through and 2 1/2 hours didnt seem bad to me as I drive all day for a living. It probably cost me about £20 extra drive than stay though. I also had to come back for my winnings as the tournament ended as soon as it was down to 20 runners and the prize difference was £325 from 21st to 20th. So I didnt get a chance to get my chips in the middle.

Re: Walsall APAT Made Level 6 or 7 and after some atrocious play by myself i found myself strangled chip wise and losing coin flips like it was going out of fashion I had these busted... QQ vs AK for a very big pot (all in pre-flop i had 2-1 chip advantage) QQ vs A10 when the flop cam AA8 ( no raise pre-flop) QQ vs an all in bet on a board of KJ9 (i raised he called and he pushed on flop, i folded) JJ vs J8o where i failed to raise pre-flop and he hit 2 8's (no raise pre flop and donked out) 99 vs AQ was my final hand when i pushed in and he hit the A on the turn (pah!) All in all a disappointment for me cos my live game has been on fire lately, made 3 bad plays all night and suffered badly cos of it Great meeting up with the lads again, all top people and well done Teazz for cashing!! Ended up at Alton Towers today for a relax and day out after yesterdays mess!
