can we make the week after the cheapskates? its a 10c rebuy and even if ya spend the whole 1st hour rebuying you wont spend more than $1.50! great fun too
I'm with morl on this one - €1.50 maximum with 8 rebuys and an add-on. Good additional value. I understand the "no rebuy" rule, as we don't want to allow players to buy points, but at only €0.10 for a rebuy, no-one will be inconvenienced. On a site where PL are supported, we are defo missing a trick by ignoring the cheapskates as our focus game.

I'm uneasy about it :unsure Where do you get $1.50 from? Say 50 hands and all in every hand? That's 50 x 10c = $5 ..... so it's not too much, but I'm not sure it has much to do with poker :unsure (I say that without having played it)
I doubt its 50 hands per hour to be honest Ive played it every week, good fun, banter is great, lots of bad beats, suckouts and general madness...... But.....theres an added prize, and usually top 10 get paid, and even better im sure, it helps support a site we play on a lot and who offer us deals. Why dont u play it tomorrow GaF, see what its like and make a decision?:ok

In defence of cheapskates, I usually spend between 20c and 90c but, even in Euros, that's great value if you can be at 6,000+ chips or so at the break. €70 added by the site, and about 70 players most weeks. You'd have to be a total all-in freak to rack up a major bill, and there are hardly any out-and-out nuts in this tourney. I threw in €1.50 as a notional maximum cost. Nevertheless, there is no point playing if you are overly prissy about never rebuying. The better "proper" poker comes after the break.
