Re: Daily NAPS - Thu 27/09/07 Gulf Express 3.50 Pontefract (WIN NAP) I pay specific attention to certain trainers sending 1 horse to certain courses and Stoute at Ponty fits the bill. He sends just Gulf Express today and it is a progressive 3 yr old that ran on strongly last time out over 10f on good to firm. Those are the expected conditions and trip tomorrow and hard to ignore Stoute when he keeps firing in the winners and has a good record here. May not have beaten much but hard not to be impressed when a horse quickens away and looks strong at the finish. Has Many Volumes to beat and that got a timely form boost with Kirklees winning but has tried and failed on a few occasions. Not the best race for favourites but four 3 year olds have won this in 10 years and this can make it five. Only a small field but should go a good gallop with Zero Tolerance blazing the trail.
