In my other system in which I layed favourites I filtered out favourites where the price was too high (over 6.0) as the liability to too great. However I recorded these horses and got the following results: Results of lays 6.0+ Number of Lays: 72 Winning Lays: 55 Strike rate:76% Starting Bank 1000pts New Bank: 675pts after commission Profit/Loss: -325pts Obviously I'm glad that I filtered these out. However it makes you start to think what it would have been to back these - hence this thread. Since I've got a little more time now to bring the other thread back to life I thought I'd back these high priced but unfancied favourites in their own thread. Hence today's selections:
