Reasoning	Had some fairly decent flat form finishing 2nd and 3rd for Cumani, only had 1 race over hurdles, finished 3rd and well beaten but can go on from there and looks a decent ew chance in a race with a lot of dead wood. Unsure about the step up in trip but from a decent yard and respected.

Reasoning	Chosen for it's past form rather than current form. Only had 1 run in 2007 and was pulled up. Has mixed it in better class races than this, won over 3 miles, has won several times on good to firm and has benfit of 5lb claimer on board. If it retains any ability it can win this, depends if it wants to. Tumbled down the handicap and given a chance off this mark.
