Guest virtualbookie Posted February 27, 2004 Share Posted February 27, 2004 Used to run a tiny 4-man scoop6 syndicate last year staking £32/week . Only hit 1 place win in about 2 months . All the members quickly dropped out. I was amazed to read in the Racing Post recently that one of the big syndicates had spent up to £70,000 over 6 weeks chasing the jackpot. Unfortunately, when they did get it right it only paid £8,000. What i wondered was is that really the kind of money the big hitters are staking , and secondly what experiences/thoughts members have re the scoop6.
