Short Priced EW System?

Will you make long term profit from backing relatively short priced horses EW? The more I read the views of others, the more I think it's possible if selective with your picks. I will concentrate on jumps racing, and give this a try....all bets to be 10pts EW:hope 1 bet on Monday:- SHALATI PRINCESS 2.40 Hereford RPF 3/1 Still a maiden but has some decent form in handicaps with this jockey on board. The race will not take much winning, and with its low weight on this ground, should be there at the business end.
