GaF
Re: Tribeca network exodus? Playtech (i-Poker) bought Tribeca out - so I imagine most/all are moving over :unsure
spireitedaz
Re: Tribeca network exodus? It's a shame cos I thought the Tribeca graphics etc were above average. Might also explain why I-Poker are allowing people with more than 1 account onto the network.
Hedonist
Re: Tribeca network exodus? Just had this in an email from VC: VC Poker is moving to Europe's largest poker network on 26 February, 2007. This fantastic product upgrade will enable us to offer you a bigger and better poker experience with more players, more games and more poker action. They do not say what network! is ipoker europe's biggest?
avongirl
Re: Tribeca network exodus? Got the same email from VC - the picture they show is definitely I-Poker (like Betfred).
spireitedaz
Re: Tribeca network exodus? It's the same as Betfred, Titan & Noble to name but a few Link below for a tour if anyone's interested http://www.vcpoker.com/new_software/tour.htm
brael
Re: Tribeca network exodus? Dunno how I feel about this. I've been enjoying the low level pot limit Omaha hi/lo tables at Blue Square. However, the Tribeca network is one of a very few who have decent Omaha hi/lo liquidity at this level. I can only hope that Tribeca customers move to i-poker and don't abandon it. :unsure
voiceofjoe
Re: Tribeca network exodus? Bad news IMO - The Sit nGO structures on Ipoker are garbage - they become crapshoots the way they rise so quickly. Shame because VC have been one of my best sites since I started - l'm thinking of removing my cash and trying BoDog - anyone on here play Bodog currently ?? voiceofjoe
Re: Tribeca network exodus? i've played hundreds of these and have a 25% win rate Somebody is bound to make money from them - it still doesn't move away from the fact that the Normal Structures rise so quickly. You've obvioulsy adapted to the structure well
2damnhype
Re: Tribeca network exodus? I enjoyed playing on the Paddy Power skin on Tribeca - i have had brief dalliances with Ipoker and not sure i like it - but will no doubt give it a spin!! mullet1984
Re: Tribeca network exodus? Playtech bought tribeca some time ago so. So all tribeca sites have moved to Ipoker (playtech) with the exception of Pokerhost, who moved to Microgaming. Tain was bought by tribeca so the new playtech netwrok will be very big indeed. Personally i really liked Tribeca software and am not tha tkeen on the new stuff. Think other sites will be gettign my buisness now
