I'm a bit bored with gambling at the moment so I need a public glory hunt to keep me amused for a while. As per the title I'll be starting with a tenner, betting on tennis and seeing how far I can take it. I don't have any concrete plans as regards staking or banking. I'll cross that bridge if I come to it. It's bound to end in tears but hopefully it'll be fun for a while. Bet 1: Djokovic v Pavel £10 - 1.22 at betfair. Djokovic is in good form this year winning 8 matches out of 10. Only losses have been to Federer and the in-form Youzhny. The veteran Pavel's best days are behind him.

Re: The Tenner Tennis Challenge first bet was a winner. Bet 2: Robredo v De Voest £10 - 1.11 at betfair Robredo had an easy win first round. De Voest is lucky to be here after getting in as a lucky loser which he followed up by beating Verkerk who hasn't played at all for over a year.
