Carl
Re: Leicester 31/01 Horse: BACK FOR THE CRAIC Course: Leicester Time: 2.10 Drop in trip to when finishing 2nd to Dom D Orgeval over 3m+ LTO, should strip fitter for that run and fancied to beat his main rival Iris De Balme Horse: SITTING DUCK Course: Leicester Time: 3.40 6lb penalty for his win at Huntingdon LTO over this trip but it was impressive when winning considering he made a mistake at the last.Over-all he jumps well and should be hard to pass if getting his nose in front. Mighty Magyar
Re: Leicester 31/01 3.10 You Do The Math Was well fancied (tipped it here)on first run back last time. To much use was made of him and he ran out of steam. A very consistant horse who is thought capable of winning off his current rating. Big shout today. friskyfitz
Re: Leicester 31/01 Horse: Walton Way Course: Leicester Time: 1.40 Price: SP - 11.0 Sporting odds currently Intersting horse here who has been dropped back to 2m. Last time out it was pulled up yet again on a longer trip. Has form with previous win over the distance and had 2 good races previous to the last effort. While its not going to hand its rivals a 20l beating it has definate place claims in this company, most of who are poor
Woodie
Re: Leicester 31/01 3.10 Im Spartacus Won well on his jumping debut at Southwell nearly 2 months ago same jockey on today Paul Moloney, Soft ground and trip no worries today and should give a bold bid to follow up a 2nd win today. John Forbes has to be respected as he is a useful performer on this service.
friskyfitz
Re: Leicester 31/01 Horse: Tenderal (E/W) Course: Leicester Time: 2.10 Price: 101.0 While the market watches the 2 market leaders vying for position as favourite, this one could sneak in an bring a surprise place. Not been on course for 3 years is definately going to be a negative but the horse ran well over shorter distances abroad before disappearing off the scene. It handles soft and is making its debut on these shores today. As i do most days, i look for a potential big priced e/w bet and this is mine today. An early price of 100/1, but you may see some each way money on this as the day progresses
friskyfitz
Re: Leicester 31/01 Horse: Kellbury (E/W) Course: Leicester Time: 2.40 Price: 26.0 Paddy Power Skippers brig will be a very short odds on favourite and for oplace money, Kellbury represents a lot of value. 2nd last race saw it finish 2l second on heavy over this distance while last time out at Towcester it ran poorly and failed to live up to promise over that shorter distance. Back to 2m 4 again today may see it repeat the feat of its hurdling debut at Leicester.
friskyfitz
Re: Leicester 31/01 Horse: Hawks Landing (E/W) Course: Leicester Time: 3.10 Price: 11.0 Skybet If this horse can transfer its fences form to hurdles then it is in with a huge shout here. It failed miserably to do that last time out but i reckon it can be given another chance here today. Horse acts on all kinds of ground but needs to have gained experience from its last outing. Its on a very nice mark so hopefully the last outing was a blip.

Did not show much over hurdles in France where it placed 4 times in 20 events. First two events for new yard last month continued its chase form from France when finished 2nd in both. Debut was 6L behind Snakebite at Folkestone then put off a good fight to end the year when losing by 3/4L to one with a track record of 4.1.1 entering the event. Picking this over the favorite for having raced more.
