bowles10
2.40 SHE'S OUR NATIVE the case for: Ludlow form - 13 runs 5 wins 3 seconds 2 thirds 2m 4f form - 5 runs 1 win 1 second 1 third Gd-Sft going - 6 runs 1 win 2 seconds 2 thirds January form - 5 runs 2 wins 1 second 1 third Jockey J Tudor - 2 runs 1 win & 1 third Class 4 form 16 runs 4 wins 2 seconds 4 thirds Ground in its favour & claimer takes a handy 7lbs off. Has Highland Games to beat, however the likely fav has no form over this distance & none on this ground. 5/1 f/cast for She's the native. i'll bite their hands off for an EW bet for nothing. bowles10
Re: Ludlow 18/01 2.10 DARK CORNER f/cast 7/2 amateur jockeys race which gives this horse the edge with the talented David England aboard. a great peformance when staying on 3rd behind Joacci (winner since) at hereford & the 2nd that day Blue Splash cam out & won NTO also. Carl
Re: Ludlow 18/01 Horse: MINELLA TIPPERARY Course: Ludlow Time: 2.10 Twice successful between the flags in Ireland, he has won three of his five starts since coming over, including at Ascot last time when he showed plenty of resilience. The soft ground will play to his strengths again here, and despite creeping up the weights, it is hard to escape his claims with a very useful 7lb claimer on board. Horse: SHES OUR NATIVE Course: Ludlow Time: 2.40 With 5 victories at Ludlow,She's our native is somewhat of a course specialist including over fences off a mark of 94 in November. Tailed off over hurdles in the Lanzarote at Kempton just five days ago, she will be much more at home back over fences in this small field, and with Jamie Tudor able to take 7lb off her back today, she can bounce back. Carl
Re: Ludlow 18/01 Horse: PENNY PARK Course: Ludlow Time: 3.10 A repeat of his latest third in a better race should be enough to take this moderate contest. Phillip Hobbs has his horses in good form at present and with Tom O'Brien still drawing the plaudits for his riding, this partnership look to have major claims. Ground now soft, so thats the only worry for me. record is 6 runs, 2 wins 1 2nd. Both of those wins at hereford.
