I've been away from PL for a few months and now when i tried to post some tips i got a message error

$bbuserinfo[username], You do not have permission to access this page. This is because you are not logged in or have not registered.

I had to create another user just to came here and ask for help. How can i get my previous username back to work ? Where can i ask to activate him? Because i think it's an activation problem... thank you ;)
