Posting it here in case it's of use to someone else... the reply was more than I expected... was sure they'd blame it on something at my end! ;) Now all they have to do is improve the software! :lol Dear Brian, Thank you for your e-mail. We have had users with wireless network that had the same problem like you. The solution is that you need to open some ports from the wireless system. Kindly set it up to open ports on 4241, 4242 and 4243. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further enquiries.
