Played 5 on the 16th of nov

Played 1 on the 18th of nov

One of the games on the 16th was interrupted by a technical fault at your end and was not completed but at the time I there was only 3 players left and one of these had only 90 chips, I was chip leader so was sure of a top 2 finish, I do play a lot of these rio tourneys (over 85 already this month) and so think it would be a great gesture on your part to count this tourney so I could get my bonus and then I will continue to play so many of these tourneys got this reply Dear Andrew, Thank you for contacting Titan Poker. This is Analiza from the Support Team and I am glad to assist you today. In regard to your previous concern in the Rio "Jackpot sit n Go", please be informed that our Poker Specialists have checked your claim, and have noted that one of the tournaments (37428451) was indeed interrupted. We can not, however, count this in the streak of wins you achieved. Andrew, please note that if a tournament is interrupted due to a server problem it will be settled as per our regular interruption policy. For the purpose of the Jackpot this tournament will be considered not to have run. It will not count towards a players consecutive wins but neither will it count as a losing tournament in a players sequence. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Titan Poker Support Team. Re: very grey area could cost u $65k Ouch - incredibly unlucky mate!!! My question to them would be (as proactive claims are required) - have they informed the 7 players who had already gone out that their sequence had not been interupted by the "loss"? If they haven't, then these players, knowing no different may not make what are valid claims - iPoker are therefore winning all round because of their crash.......The players who would have improved their sequence haven't, and those who wouldn't believe that their sequences have been interupted and wont claim.....

Re: very grey area could cost u $65k have still done well on this site and wud recomend it' this is the only time it has crashed but it could have been very costly its a 6 seater ,if you come 3rd you get your stake back 2nd and 1st win the money so if you play tight and only premium hands your down to 3 in aprox 9/12 mins and cant loose I have got the $300 bonus twice now with once had 5 in a row then crapped it,hardly played a hand and shit out have so far cashed out over $1500 playing for 1 month wth a starting bank of $200

Re: very grey area could cost u $65k

even so - those 3 out will be assuming (falsely) that their sequence was ended........
very true as they would be none the wiser however if it had not crashed and I won(and I was a massive chip leader) then won the next game which i came 2nd, had him all in with my aces which got busted(trying to print the hand at the mo) then I would have lost $65k through no falt of my own

Re: very grey area could cost u $65k Agree with Gaf here, the players who have gone out may think there run has ended wich would in theese circumstances be false, and presuming u were refunded your buy-in were the players who had already exited?? But then again on the other hand if there were 3 players all on even stacks with u in third place when it crashed it would be even worse for them to class u as coming 3rd, so abit of a no win situation here! could be worse as it could have been a boss site and crashing every other game or so!!
