Best staking plan??

Hi guys i have a question, what is the staking plan that works best for you?? I used different plans and not quite happy with either, maybe some of you have different plans and would like to share.:tongue2:lol. I don't like fixed odds as they are great if you win everytime but if (when)the bad run starts they give no damage protection. Same with using % of the bank. Martingale is a no-no I came up with a staking plan that i was happy with for a while, to exact i was happy till yesterday.Why, you ask? Well i was using % of the bank but in the following manner: the days bets were categorized after my confidence level, and the bet wich i'm most confident about gets the 10% of the bank but the next bet on the confidence list gets 10% of the remaining bank.:unsure I explain, lets say i have 500 points of bank and select 5 games.then i categorize the games after confidence level. Game 1- max confidence, safest bet, gets 10% of the 50 points meaning 5 Game 2- a little bit less confidence gets 10% of the remaining 45 points->4.5 Game 3 - even lower confidence, 10 % of the 40->4 Game 4-and so on................ Game 5.................... I was happy with this system as it limited my losses greatly, compared to fixed stakes, let's take saturday for example, i had 7 bets of wich 5 won and 2 lost. if i would have used fixed odds i would have staked 32 points to get a return of 43.5, by using this system i only staked 22.65 and got a return of 41, and this isn't an isolated case it usually happens this way. The problem whit the plan came crashing down on me yesterday.:eyes I won all my bets yersterday and that's the problem, if you lose 1 or 2 bets the system is great, however if you win all youre bets it reduces the return very much. Again compared to fixed ods, i got a return of 42.7 points yesterday but if i have been using fixed stakes i would have gotten a return of 67 points.(:cry) So the system is decent but i'm not happy again, maybe you guys have soething better?:D:hope

It seems to me that basically your problem comes down to the fact that when all your bets win, you wish you'd bet more! :tongue2 You're comparing your staking plan with fixed staking where (I think) the fixed stake is the same as the largest bet in your staking plan. If you compared it with fixed staking with smaller stakes, then of course the comparison would be completely different. I bet a % of my bank, but a lot less (1%-2%). 10% seems very high to me. If you use percentage staking and use too high a percentage, then you could lose money in the long run even if your bets showed a profit at fixed stakes. For example, suppose you made bets at odds of 2.10 and half of them won. Then at fixed stakes you'd have a respectable yield of +5%. But if you staked 10% of your current bank on each bet, then each win would multiply your bank by 1.11 and every loss would multiply your bank by 0.9, so a win and a loss would multiply it by 1.11*0.9=0.999, and after an equal number of wins and losses you'd have lost money.
