Stats needed for possible system

Im hoping someone can help me out with a basis of a system. Im hoping for a site giving %'s of 0-0's and %'s of games where one team scores 4 or more for various leagues. 0-0's may no be too hard to find but may struggle on the other. I may have to just settle for game with 4+ goals or something. The need for these stats is for a possible system. The idea is to make two lays on the Betfair correct score market. One lay of 0-0 and one lay of Any Unquoted Score. Both are often available to lay around 10.0, Any Unquoted even shorter at times. Laying both means you can get a potential two winners with only one potential loser, dramatically reducing your liability. Laying these scores still leaves you 1-0 0-1 2-0 0-2 2-1 1-2 2-2 3-0 0-3 3-1 1-3 3-2 2-3 3-3 as possible scorelines that will payout. I imagine a high percentage of games would fall into this category. So any help with the stats or comments on the idea are welcome and appreciated.
