Well pished off. When i won the $800 about a week ago i went to withdraw, obviously they said i had to send ID through which i duly did. I even called and was told that it would be sent to finance and then would be dealt with next day. Next day I called to ask what was happening, was told they had it and they would NOW forward to finance, when i advised them that I was told this yesterday, they apologised and said they would send todaY. I was then sent an email confirming this, so I replied expressing my dissatisfaction. 210906 Hello Joe, Thank you for providing us with your ID documentation which has been received today and passed to our Finance Department for verification. Further to our earlier conversation, in most circumstances the documentation you provide is sufficient. However, occasionally we require further information before you are able to request your withdrawal. So my question is why tell me that it was done last night when in fact it has not been? Therefore, i would like this to be done at the earliest opportunity as I am completely dissatisfied with the service. I am now also told that this could take 5 working days. So where does it say this on your site? Again unable to withdraw. So again I called them, was advised the would email finance. I then spoke to a manager, who whilst tried to explain the situation, could not help and again she said she will contact finance when the get in later today and she will see why they did not respond to my email. WELL PISHED OFF WITH MANSION!!!!!!!!!!!! right rant over, I now think i`m jinxed with poker sites when they owe me money!:moon :wall :wall :wall :wall

Re: Dont Normally Moan about Sites But Mansion Sounds like you're just being unlucky! My withdrawal went through within the 3 days as promised. It could be the account you're trying to withdraw to that could be the problem although it sounds like they've lost your information. Might be worth sending it again? Keep trying... maybe the influence of their sponsorship of Tottenham has affected their finance department... :lol :lol :rollin:rollin :lol :lol
